Messages: Viewing Messages

Selecting Messages from the menu bar allows you to view past and scheduled messages along with being able to select specific date ranges and other criteria to view messages using filters.

Once you have selected the criteria for the messages you would like to view they will be displayed in the table format you see below:

The message table displays all summary information for each message and includes date, keyword, status, title, message and number of message recipients. In addition rolling over one of the table rows will expand the row so you can see the entire message.

The Actions column includes:

Message details - Displays all message details including recipient information.



Clone - The clone feature enables you to send out a previously sent message with one click. After clicking the clone button you will be taken to the send text message page and the keyword and message will be automatically populated. You can now select interests, modify the list of recipients and schedule the message before sending it out again.
